OnRelay Support continues to work closely with every customer once they are live, to rapidly resolve any issues and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their MCX solution.

All support incidents, such as change suggestions, problem reporting, or general assistance can be submitted to our Support Team by phone or our web portal. We will then respond, track and escalate the incident as necessary – with the aim of always exceeding our contracted Customer Support Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

OnRelay Support also keeps customers abreast of new software releases. We continually update and enhance our software according to customer needs and aim to make regular feature enhancement and maintenance releases, which can be deployed in a simple and automated fashion.
