Implementation
OnRelay have established a proven methodology and standardised project processes to implement on-time and on-budget MCX solutions. These processes, developed over several years with many blue chip customers, include preparatory work by each customer; on-site configuration and integration; system and acceptance testing; and user education before going live.
Our project managers work closely with each customer and their account manager to plan and manage each deployment, without interruption to current services and with the necessary user support available at every step.
For our channel partners, OnRelay also provides a series of education workshops that encompass system installation, our implementation methods, system administration and advanced troubleshooting. Completion of these workshops leads to accreditation as an MCX Certified Consultant.
